Let clients book their own appointments
This is a working i-Reserve environment for practices and service providers: dentist, GP, outpatient clinic, financial adviser or salon. Clients pick a free slot themselves, and you keep one diary without phone calls back and forth. Below are the different kinds of appointments — try them out and see which suits your practice best.
Overview
All appointment types side by side, with duration, opening hours and a button to book straight away.

Check-ups every fifteen minutes, with two chairs at the same time. The system fills the available places per slot.

Fixed consultation blocks of fifteen minutes. The client only sees the times that are still free.

How an appointment works
From the first click to the confirmation in the inbox — without you having to pick up the phone.

Choose the type of appointment
For each type the client sees how long it takes and when it is possible.

Choose day and time
Only free moments can be clicked. Double bookings are impossible.

Confirm
Fill in the details, pay online if needed, confirmation by email. Done.
