Demo — booking system for bowling and leisure
One system for all your activities
This is a working i-Reserve environment for a bowling centre or leisure venue. Guests book a lane, a package with food or a complete day out themselves, and pay online; you keep one overview of lanes, tables and groups. Below are the booking dialogues — try them out and decide which one works best for your guests.
Bowling
Classic, HyperBowling or kids bowling: the guest chooses the type of bowling and the playing time, and sees the price straight away.

A monthly calendar with the free start times per day. The guest clicks a time; a full lane can never be double-booked.

Charge per game and per person instead of per lane per hour. Handy for walk-in visitors and small groups.
Book per game →Packages
Two activities in one booking, for example bowling followed by dinner. i-Reserve checks and blocks both in one go.
How it works →Bowling + grill
A complete night out: 1, 1.5 or 2 hours of bowling followed by table grilling. The guest chooses the playing time, menu and drinks package.

Just coming for dinner is possible too. The guest chooses a grill menu — traditional, fish, vegetarian or halal — and books a table.

How a booking works
From the first click to the confirmation in the inbox — without you having to step in.

Choose an activity
Bowling, a package with food or a complete programme for a group.

Choose date and time
Only free lanes and times can be clicked. Double bookings are impossible.

Book and pay
Add extras, pay online, confirmation by email. For some products the table is created straight away in the MplusKASSA till system.
